If you are applying for a Grenada visa or passport, then you must submit photos that meet the High Commission of Grenada’s strict requirements with your application. Often, people who submit their application with pictures taken in a photo booth or on a home computer have their application rejected, because the pictures fail to meet one or more of the requirements. Many people who come to us find themselves in this situation, but we make sure that we follow all the guidelines so that your application can run smoothly. You won’t be faced with any delays when you come to us – we specialize in photos that are accepted the first time around.

Grenada Passport Photo and Visa Photo specifications:

  • You should include four photos with your application. Each one must measure 45mm x 35mm

Grenada Passport Photo

  • Photos must be as recent as possible to reflect your current appearance. This means that photos taken over six months ago cannot be submitted
  • Any photos which come from a photo booth, or which you have attempted to take yourself, will likely be rejected for failing to meet all the necessary requirements stated by the High Commission of Grenada
  • Your photo needs to be taken against a white backdrop, and there must not be any shadows visible anywhere in the picture
  • 70 – 80% of the photo should be taken up by your face. When printed off, this means it should measure 31- 36mm from top to bottom
  • While your photo is being taken, you must maintain a neutral expression, keeping your mouth fully shut. You will also need to look straight into the camera, and keep your head perfectly level.
  • You are allowed to wear religious headwear in your photo, so long as it does not obscure any part of your face from top to bottom. Both sides of your face must also be shown.
  • If you wear glasses we recommend removing them. The frames and lenses are known to have caused issues that fail to meet one or more of the specifications (reflections from the lenses, frames covering eyes, etc.)
  • Photos must NOT be digitally altered in any way – any digitally altered photos will be rejected outright.
  • The physical photos should be printed on high-quality white paper

If you don’t meet every single one of these regulations, then your application may well be refused by the High Commission of Grenada. To make sure this doesn’t happen to you, let us handle everything for you – we know you’ll be delighted with the results.

We receive all of our specifications from the High Commission of Grenada’s official guidelines on passport and visa photographs, which can be found here.
