Should your Lebanon passport photo or visa photo fail to meet any of the specifications below, then there is a high chance that your passport/visa application will be rejected at the Embassy. To avoid this, come and visit us here at Reload Internet, to ensure that your Lebanon passport photo or visa photo is done correctly the first time.
Lebanon Passport Photo specifications:
- You need to submit 2 identical images that are 45mm x 35mm.
- It must be an up-close shot of your face, where your face takes up between 60 – 70% of the picture.
- The picture needs to measure between 25mm and 35mm from the bottom of your chin to the top of your head.
- Your eyes must be between 29mm and 35mm higher than the bottom of the photo.
- These images must have a plain white background or an off-white background, one without any patterns or any other busy designs.
- These images will need to include your entire head and the top of your shoulders.
- Your head needs to be square with the camera, not tilted or angled as you would in a portrait. This is because the camera needs to capture both sides of your face equally.
- You must have a neutral expression with your eyes wide open.
- You cannot be smiling, frowning, squinting, or have raised eyebrows in your image. Even infants must have their eyes open in the photos.
- We recommend that you remove your glasses to ensure that your photographs will pass, reflections from the lenses and the frames covering the applicant’s eyes are two common reasons for Lebanon passport/visa applications being rejected
- You are not generally allowed to have anything on your head, but there are exceptions for people with religious, medical, and cultural requirements.
- However, it cannot cover your face in any way or cast a shadow on your face that would obstruct your features.
- The photos must be rich in contrast so that you get a sharper picture that will adequately display your facial features and your natural skin tone.
- After the photo has been taken, it needs to be printed out with a resolution of around 600 dpi and on high-quality photo paper.
- These images cannot be manipulated digitally.
- You cannot submit any images that are creased and one of the photographs needs to be certified by a witness that it is a true likeness of the person applying for the passport.
Lebanon Visa Photo specifications:
- For the most part, the visa requirements are the same as the passport requirements though there are a few differences.
- These images will need to be 50mm x 50mm and you must have 2 identical photos when you submit them.
- When you submit your images, you are able to upload your digital passport photographs to the Global Service Order Form. You can do this instead of having to submit physical copies of these images.
