Guarantee Reload

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your passport photos, we offer a guarantee refund policy.

  1. If the photo we send you fails at an embassy, we would be happy to reprint and resend another set to you at our own cost including postage. We are happy to work with new images that you supply us to ensure compliance. We will resend another set using the same delivery method you used when you paid us.
  2. Alternatively, if a refund is desired, for transparency we would require the letter / email that the embassy / screenshot provided you that the photo failed – you simply need to email us some form of proof that the passport photo failed and we will refund you including postage costs. If a letter can not be provided from the Embassy, again, its really not to worry, simply send the photos back to us to Reload, 197 Praed Street, Paddington, London, W2 1RH or you can visit us and drop them back to us into the store. If you do drop them back to us, you must allow 48 hours for our manager to look at them and refund you.
  3. If you have opted for your photos to arrive via next day delivery and does not arrive in time, then we will refund the cost of the next day delivery charge but will not be able to refund the cost of the passport photo unless you post them back to Reload, 197 Praed Street, Paddington, W2 1RH.
  4. Please understand we cannot be held liable for further incidental costs (travel application costs etc).
  5. If you happen to miss the post for next day delivery, and the photos are no longer needed, then you can send the photos back to us for a full refund, however, the next day delivery charge would not be refundable as it arrived at your door on time. That is fair and transparent.
  6. For next day delivery for orders placed on thursday by 230pm will be with you on Friday. If an order is placed on Friday, you can expect to receive them on Monday. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, then you can expect the photos for delivery on Tuesday. We use Royal Mail, and can only offer what they offer.

To qualify for a refund, you must provide a clear reason why you are not satisfied with the photos, and this must be done within 14 days of receiving them. Once we receive your explanation, we will review the issue and determine if you are eligible for a refund.

If we approve your refund request, we will process the refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the issue is not related to the quality of the photos or if you have breached our terms and conditions.

We are committed to providing high-quality passport photos and ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the passport photos you have purchased from us, we offer a refund policy that complies with UK consumer law.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to a refund or replacement if the goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet a specific purpose. This applies to in-store passport photos as well.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must provide a clear reason why you are not satisfied with the photos, and this must be done within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive your explanation, we will review the issue and determine if you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

If we approve your refund or replacement request, we will process it within 14 business days. The refund or replacement will be issued to you at no additional cost.
